Real conversations. Genuine care. Lasting change.
Sometimes it helps to have someone in your corner.
I offer a warm, supportive space where you can talk openly about what's really going on. Together, we'll work toward greater clarity, confidence, and lasting change.
Sessions are available both in person in Levittown and virtually throughout New York.
My Approach
Life can be hard, and sometimes it's difficult to carry everything on your own.
Whether you're dealing with anxiety, going through a major life change, struggling in a relationship, or just feeling stuck, therapy can give you the space to slow down, sort through what's going on, and figure out what comes next.
My goal is simple: to create a place where you feel comfortable talking openly and honestly about what's on your mind. Together, we'll work through challenges, build practical tools, and focus on helping you feel more confident, grounded, and connected to yourself.
I earned my Master's Degree in Social Work from New York University and have spent the past several years working with teenagers, college students, and adults facing a wide range of life's challenges.
